At AQUALYTICA, we stand behind the quality of our water filtration systems. This policy outlines your rights and our commitments when it comes to returns, replacements, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Installed or custom-configured systems are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or covered under warranty.
  • Consumable items such as replacement filters are only eligible for return if unopened and unused.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or error on our part.
  • Partial refunds may apply if products show signs of use or damage not caused by AQUALYTICA.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • Faulty or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • If a product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
  • Exchanges for different models or upgrades may be arranged, subject to price adjustments.

Warranty Claims

  • Warranty coverage is outlined in your product documentation.
  • Claims must be lodged with proof of purchase and evidence of proper installation and maintenance.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

  • Follow instructions for shipping or collection of the product.
  • Once inspected, we will confirm eligibility and process the refund, replacement, or exchange.

Consumer Rights

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude the statutory consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
